Giving Back Through Forty Three Vintage: Supporting the Milton Keynes Community

At Forty Three Vintage, we’re passionate about two things: bringing unique, high-quality vintage clothing to our customers and supporting the local community in Milton Keynes. Since launching our business, we’ve been committed to making a positive impact, and we’re thrilled to share one of the ways we’re doing just that.

How We Source Our Clothing:
Every item that appears on Forty Three Vintage is carefully selected. We handpick unique pieces to ensure that our collection offers standout items with real character. Alongside our individually chosen pieces, we also purchase large bales of vintage clothing. This helps us bring a wider variety of styles to our customers while allowing us to explore new ways to give back.

Partnering with Local Charities:
Not every piece of clothing we source makes it to our website. For various reasons, some items may not fit our collection standards. Rather than leaving these clothes unused, we’ve decided to put them to better use by partnering with two fantastic local charities, MK Storehouse and Help Our Homeless MK. Both organisations do essential work for vulnerable people in Milton Keynes, and we’re honoured to support their missions.

MK Storehouse provides free clothing to those in need, allowing them to have access to clean, well-fitted clothing, which helps build self-confidence and supports job seekers.

Help Our Homeless MK on the other hand, addresses homelessness directly, supporting individuals who are working towards stable housing and improved quality of life.

As a Milton Keynes-based business, we want to contribute meaningfully to the community we live and work in.
